This free 90 min. virtual workshop, provides everything you need to understand Mindfulness: the scientific research, benefits, and how Mindfulness practices look and feel. You'll leave feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. You'll be guided through several simple practices that you can do anytime, anywhere. We'll provide tips on how to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life, and how to take your practice further if you'd like to continue.

90 Minute Mini Retreat
Our 90-minute virtual retreat is designed for those with experience in extended formal mindfulness practice — such as graduates of an MBSR or meditation course, active yoga student — who are looking to reconnect with stillness, structure, and community.
