In this self-paced, 5- day email mini workshop, you'll get more intimate with the life of your brain, including your auto-pilot and stress brain (Awareness) and a recording of one of the most fundamental mindfulness practices that trains your focus to be in the here and now. (Practice).

90 Minute Mini Retreat

Our 90-minute virtual retreat is designed for those with experience in extended formal mindfulness practice — such as graduates of an MBSR or meditation course, active yoga student — who are looking to reconnect with stillness, structure, and community.
