Seasonal Mini Retreat (Virtual • 90 minutes)

This 90-minute virtual retreat is designed for those with experience in extended formal mindfulness practice — such as graduates of an MBSR or meditation course, active yoga student — who are looking to reconnect with stillness, structure, and community.

 

You’ll be guided through a seamless sequence of practices — including  breath , movement, body awareness, sitting practice, and open presence — offered in a continuous, uninterrupted flow.

 

We’ll close with space for reflection and shared perspective from the group, allowing you to deepen insight and carry your practice forward into the season ahead.

Think of it as the distilled essence of our beloved full-day retreat — grounding, restorative, and easy to fold into your life.

 

Each retreat aligns with the energy of the season, offering space to reflect, release, and plant fresh intentions.
